Morgan City

Primos Patrick Johnson, known affectionately as PJ, has left us with heavy hearts. His passing on January 29, 2024, has left a void that cannot be filled.

Born on April 10, 1984, in Morgan City, PJ brought joy and laughter into the lives of those around him. a vibrant personality that could light up any room, he was truly the life of the party. Despite his vivacity, PJ possessed a quiet strength that endeared him to all who knew him.

PJ dedicated his career to InterMoor, where he made valuable contributions with his hard work and dedication. His commitment to his profession was truly admirable.

When he wasn't working, PJ found solace in his hobbies and interests. Nothing brought him greater joy than watching the New Orleans Saints play their heart out on the field. But above all else, he cherished spending quality time with his loved ones. Family meant everything to PJ, and every moment shared with them held a special place in his heart.

On February 9, 2024, we will gather at New Zorah Baptist Church in Morgan City to remember and celebrate PJ's remarkable life. The visitation will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a solemn funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. It is in these moments of reflection and remembrance that we will find solace and comfort in the memories we shared with him.

PJ leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is survived by his father Primos Patrick Ross of Algiers, LA; his brother Jamal Gray and Keysi (Tim) Guidry) of Scott, LA. PJ is preceded in death by Kenneth Johnson (brother), Gayle Johnson (mother), Betty Phillips (grandmother), Amy Harris Bartley (grandmother), Caleb Bartley (grandfather), and Primos Ross Sr., (grandfather).

Our hearts ache with the loss of PJ, but they find solace in knowing that he will forever be a part of their lives.

As we grapple with the sorrow of PJ's passing, let us remember to celebrate his life. Let us remember his infectious laughter, his unwavering loyalty, and the love he shared with all who knew him. Though PJ may no longer be physically present among us, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts and memories of those he touched.
